“Women Peacemakers” will be the focus of the March 8 Peace Club session. The group will meet from 5-7pm at Houston Mennonite Church (1231 Wirt). Ages 6-17 are invited to participate. Videos, games, and crafts have been planned. A light dinner will be served. Bring a friend and enjoy the evening.

The December meeting of Peace Club has been pushed back one week to Sunday, December 15, from 5-7pm at Houston Mennonite Church.
Our first session of Peace Club for the year will be on Sunday, Oct. 13 from 5:00-7:00 at the Mennonite Church at 1231 Wirt Rd. The topic will be Indigenous People of Texas. There will be a special guest, a cooking activity, and a drum circle. Ages 5-18 are invited to attend and bring friends. We hope that your children can join us and celebrate our beautiful diversity of cultures. Please RSVP to Judy Hoffhein, so we can plan accordingly.
We are excited to announce that Peace Club will meet every second Sunday from 5:00-7:00 beginning Oct 13. Peace Club is designed to extend the Peace Camp experience throughout the school year. It provides a wonderful opportunity for children to both reconnect with friends from Peace Camp and make new ones. Ages 5-18 are invited to attend and bring friends. Mark your calendar to save April 27 from 10 AM-2 PM for a fun brunch! The venue will be Bering Methodist Church on Harold St. This is a fundraiser for Peace Camp scholarships, and there will be delicious food-including vegan options plus exciting entertainment. Invite your friends! Suggested donation of $10.
